Services offered at $45 an hour:
- Design for remodel projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and whole home
- Staging/arranging with existing furniture
- Specifying new furnishings
- Organizing
Flat rate package for home staging & interior design:
- Small Home – $500: Approximately 1500 sq.ft. or less
- Medium Home – $1000: Approximately 1500 to 3000 sq.ft.
- Large Home – $1500: Approximately 3000 sq.ft. and more
Home Set-Up Program:
- 1st meeting – initial consultation to hear needs and desires, measure and photograph home, measure and photograph existing furniture, art and accessories.
- 2nd meeting – present floor plan options that accommodate existing furnishings as well as suggestions for new; select paint colors; select other finishes needed (carpet, wood flooring, window treatments, tile).
- Homeowner takes away accurate floor plans, design options for layouts, a catalog of existing furnishings and suggestions for new cabinetry, furniture and art.
Home Staging Program:
- 1st meeting – initial consultation to hear needs and desires, view home and existing furniture, art and accessories and discuss strategy of rearranging, de-cluttering and storing.
- The work begins. Either with homeowners or additional crew, a hands-on approach will transform your house into smartly staged home using existing furnishings.
- Homeowner takes away newly styled home with suggestions for new paint colors and optional furnishings and accessories.
